Knotted Pearl Lariat Necklace

This pearl necklace is truly unique. The front closure is both decorative and functional, and the stick pearl pendant is a one of a kind all on its own. The base of the necklace is a strand of lustrous seed pearls strung on sky blue silk, with tiny knots hand tied in between each one. Hand knotting with silk is a traditional method of stringing pearls, and it a time intensive labor of love.

This is a great addition to any layering situation, and lives in the happy place between classic and bohemian.

Not designed to be worn in the shower as the repetitive wetting and drying process degrades the silk. (Although once or twice won't hurt it if you forget.)
